1. Services Provided
91Web is a web development and business services company based in Australia. We provide services including, but not limited to:- Website and mobile app development
- Ecommerce and Shopify solutions
- Digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media)
- Business support services (data analysis, dashboard creation, reporting)
- Process optimisation and automation
- Graphic design and presentation creation
2. Payment Terms
- All services are subject to agreed-upon pricing based on a proposal or quotation.
- Payments may be made in full upfront or as per an agreed milestone schedule.
- Services will begin only after initial payment is received, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Refunds are not issued for completed work. Any disputes should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all necessary materials, content, access, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Delays in providing information may affect the project timeline and delivery.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing the work upon delivery and providing feedback or approval.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables such as website code, designs, reports, or other custom work.
- 91Web retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients may not resell or reproduce 91Web’s proprietary methods or tools without written consent.
5. Revisions and Edits
- Most packages include a limited number of revisions, which will be stated in the project agreement.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Change requests after project completion may be treated as a new project or enhancement.
6. Confidentiality
- 91Web agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
- Likewise, clients agree not to share any confidential materials or intellectual property of 91Web without authorization.
7. Third-Party Services
- Some services may involve the use of third-party platforms or tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, advertising tools).
- 91Web is not responsible for the performance or limitations of these third-party services but will assist in setting up and integrating them as needed.
8. Limitation of Liability
- 91Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- While we strive to deliver error-free and functional solutions, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or third-party platform performance.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate an agreement in writing. In such cases, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
- 91Web reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of abuse, breach of agreement, or non-payment.
